      Front Desk Administrative Assistant

      Our family owned company is currently looking for a front desk administrative assistant. 

      This position will be the primary person to greet, engage, screen, and direct all phone, digital and in person traffic that comes into the office. Must conduct oneself in such a manner and maintain the office in such a fashion that an example is set for all contract employees to maintain the best image. Will be supporting multiple staff, managing up to 14 phone lines. Will be collecting candidate information and reviewing paperwork, pre interview. Must be comfortable using various computer programs including Outlook, Word and Excel. Will be using client software to search and input employee information. General office duties will be expected. Filing and multitasking throughout the day, keeping all copiers and printers stocked, managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other duties will be assigned as you become more proficient with the basic duties. Will need to communicate and interact clearly and professional with all internal and external employees and clients.


      Hours are Monday - Friday 7:50am-5:10pm. Starting pay is $11.00-$12.00 based upon experience.
