      Purchasing Coordinator

      Toledo manufacturer of chemicals is seeking a purchasing coordinator for contract position with the opportunity to come on as full time hire. Starting pay is $20.00/hour for a contract length of 7 - 11 months. Benefits offered if hired full time including: health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

      • Assist with new purchase order process
      • Communicate internally regarding service orders
      • Communicate with accounting to resolve invoicing issues
      • Communicate with suppliers regarding shipments
      • Data analysis
      • Entering purchase orders and receipts
      • File and organize paperwork


      • 3 years purchasing experience
      • Able to lift 30 lbs
      • Able to work in plant environment
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • High school education or equivalent (preferred)
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
      • SAP experience (preferred)
