Structural Mechanic

Our client in Taylor, MI is looking to hire structural mechanic in their manufacturing plant. They make rolling tarps for semi-trucks and are in need of assembly and installation workers. This is a 1st shift (7a-3:30p), Monday-Friday with possible overtime, pay range is $13-$15 pending experience and knowledge.

Employees will be climbing on ladders and riding in scissor lifts, so you cannot be afraid of heights. We will help you purchase your tools through payroll deduction. If you are Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) that is a plus. Also, if you have aluminum welding experience that is a plus as well.


  • Proficiency with power tools
  • Must have Steel toed work boots
  • Able to operate forklift
  • Able to use step ladder/scissor lift
  • Able to lift up to 100lbs
  • Will have to purchase own tools
  • Valid drivers licence
  • 1 year welding experience (preferred)
  • 1 year structural assembly experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
