      Team Lead / Rail Yard Working Supervisor

      Our client in New Boston, MI is in need of a Team Lead / Working Supervisor for their facility.

      Job Description:

      This position is working in a rail yard supervising the drivers and rail loaders. The selected candidate will train on the 1st shift for 1-2 weeks, then may be transferred to a 2nd or 3rd shift. Starting pay is $14 per hour and contract to hire.

      Rail Yard Working Supervisor

      Responsibilities:

      Making sure the correct cars are being loaded onto trains, they are working safely and following procedure. You will be responsible for keeping track of the inventory, daily paperwork and any disciplinary actions necessary.

      Requirements:

      Candidates must have a valid drivers license, good math and computer skills, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation. The ability to drive a stick shift is preferred, but not required.
